How are your fees determined?
DRS Central Billing Office is committed to providing our clients with highly competitive pricing packages. Fees are generally based on a percentage (4% - 6%) of collected claims.
Are there set-up fees?
No. But we do offer other services that may include reasonable fees.

All claims** are submitted electronically, facilitating prompt payment within 7-21 days. Checks will be mailed directly to you or your secure lock box.
Do you provide services to physicians located outside of the New Jersey area?
Yes. Just fax or mail us the superbills. We can also receive Hl7 transactions.
Are you a collection agency?
We are not a collection agency, however we will actively pursue delinquent claims.
Who should our patients call when they have a billing question?
Your patients call us with their billing questions. Qualified service representatives are available during regular business hours and Sundays to answer any billing questions your patients might have. Our toll-free number is prominently printed on patient statements.
